SHIPPING

All items will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail or U.S. First Class Mail.

Orders of $25 or more will get FREE SHIPPING and FREE delivery confirmation. For orders totaling less than $25, shipping is based on the order total ($3 or less - 50 cents, $6 or less - 75 cents, $10 or less - $1.00, $24.99 or less - $3.00). Currently, the Lip Glosserie Store only ships within the U.S.

If you would prefer a different form of delivery or additional services such as insurance or signature confirmation, please contact me at firefly@lipglosseriestore.com. If you are afraid of your item(s) selling out and would like to reserve an order until delivery details are finalized, please email me immediately at lipglosserie@gmail.com and I will do my best to set aside your items for a period of 48 hours. If details are not finalized within 48 hours of the request, the items will be placed back into available inventory for others to purchase.

Let's be honest. The Lip Glosserie Store is a one-person operation and is in no way a big, massive corporation. However, fair is fair. If your item is damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact me at firefly@lipglosseriestore.com or lipglosserie@gmail.com and I'll arrange for a free return and/or replacement. Otherwise, I'm afraid I can't accept returns at this time.
